Privacy Policy

MoodFrame is designed to keep your photos private. It does not require an account, collect personal data, track you, or upload your photos.
Photos and Camera
Camera frames and captured photos are processed on your iPhone to show live looks, composition guides, comparisons, and the final capture preview.
MoodFrame does not transmit camera frames or photos to AICreator or any third party. A photo is added to your Photos library only when you choose Save Filtered Photo.
Data Collection
MoodFrame does not collect data from the app. In particular, it does not use:
- Accounts or sign-in
- Analytics or advertising SDKs
- Cross-app tracking or advertising identifiers
- Crash-reporting or cloud photo-processing services
- Social feeds, uploads, messaging, or user profiles
On-Device Preferences
MoodFrame stores preferences such as your last selected style, guide, and filter intensity in the app's private settings storage on your device. These preferences are not sent off the device.
Permissions
Camera permission is used to provide the live camera experience.
Add Photos Only permission is requested when you choose to save a filtered capture. MoodFrame does not browse or import your existing photo library.
Children's Privacy
MoodFrame does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users because the app does not collect personal data.

This policy describes the current MoodFrame app behavior. If a future version adds accounts, analytics, advertising, cloud processing, or materially different data handling, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.
