SellShot Privacy Policy

Overview

SellShot is an iPhone app for turning product photos into clean listing images. The app is designed to keep the core editing workflow local to your device.

SellShot does not require an account, does not upload your photos for background removal or export, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Information SellShot Processes On Your Device

When you use SellShot, the app may process the following information locally on your iPhone:

• Photos you choose from your photo library or take with the camera.
• Edited product cutouts, masks, previews, backgrounds, shadows, and export settings.
• Local project files, thumbnails, export history, and app preferences.

This information is used to provide the app's photo cleanup, editing, export, and history features. It stays in the app's local storage unless you choose to export, save, share, or delete it.

Photos And Cloud Uploads

SellShot does not upload your product photos to SellShot servers for background removal, editing, or export.

If you choose to share an exported image using the iOS share sheet, the destination you select may receive that image. That sharing action is controlled by you and by the selected app or service.

Accounts, Ads, And Tracking

SellShot does not require account registration. The app does not include advertising and does not use tracking technologies to follow you across other companies' apps or websites.

SellShot does not sell personal information.

Permissions

SellShot may request access to device features only when needed for app functionality:

• Photos: to let you choose product photos and save exported listing images when you ask the app to save them.
• Camera: to let you take a product photo inside the app if camera capture is available in your version.

You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings.

Optional Support Communications

If you contact SellShot support, we may receive the email address you use and the information you choose to include in your message. We use support communications only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in support messages.

Diagnostics

SellShot may rely on Apple-provided diagnostics and crash reports made available through App Store Connect or Xcode Organizer. These reports are provided by Apple according to Apple's privacy practices and help identify crashes and reliability issues.

SellShot does not use third-party analytics or third-party crash reporting SDKs in the paid MVP described by this policy.

Children's Privacy

SellShot is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if SellShot's features or privacy practices change. The updated policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
