PawPop Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Creator Work ("PawPop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use PawPop, including the PawPop mobile app, web app, and related services (the "Service").
PawPop is a creative AI app for turning pet photos into infographic-style posters and visual reports. PawPop is for entertainment and creative use only. It does not provide veterinary, medical, breed, health, behavioral, or other professional advice.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you choose to provide when using PawPop, including:
- Account information, such as your Google account name, email address, profile photo, Firebase user ID, and authentication information needed to sign you in.
- Profile information, such as your PawPop username and optional profile image.
- Pet poster inputs, such as pet photos, pet names, pet type, poster style, tone, selected language, captions, labels, and other text you enter or generate.
- Generated content, such as finished posters, visual reports, thumbnails, gallery records, generation status, and related metadata.
- Support information, such as messages, attachments, and contact details you send when requesting help.
Please upload only photos and content that you have the right to use. Because pet photos can sometimes include people, homes, addresses, tags, or other private details, review photos before uploading them.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use PawPop, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, including:
- Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language settings, and platform.
- Usage information, such as app launches, feature interactions, generation requests, gallery actions, purchase status checks, and error events.
- Log and diagnostic information, such as IP address, timestamps, server request logs, crash data, performance data, and security events.
- Local app preferences stored on your device, such as selected language, onboarding state, and watermark preference.
Purchase Information
PawPop may offer subscriptions, credits, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or billing provider, such as Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. We receive purchase-related information needed to provide paid features, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, subscription status, renewal or expiration dates, store environment, and provider user IDs. We do not receive your full payment card number from the app store.
Account-Based Poster Generation
You may browse PawPop's main app screens without signing in. Creating AI pet posters is an account-based feature, so PawPop requires sign-in before starting a poster generation. We use the account to manage generation credits and subscriptions, attach server-side generation history to the correct user, restore purchases, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, and process account or data deletion requests.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain PawPop.
- Sign you in, maintain your account, and sync your gallery.
- Manage account-based poster generation, credits, subscriptions, restore purchases, and abuse prevention.
- Upload pet photos and create AI-generated posters.
- Save, show, export, share, and delete gallery items.
- Provide subscriptions, credits, purchase restoration, and paid features.
- Personalize the app experience, including language and poster settings.
- Respond to support requests.
- Debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
AI Processing
To create posters, PawPop sends your selected pet photo, pet name, style, tone, language, and related prompt information to our servers and AI service providers. AI systems may produce inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect results. You should review generated posters before saving, sharing, or relying on them.
We use your content to provide and maintain the generation feature, troubleshoot issues, improve safety and reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your pet photos or generated posters.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate PawPop, including cloud hosting, storage, authentication, database, AI generation, billing, app update, analytics, diagnostics, and customer support providers.
- Authentication providers, such as Google and Firebase, when you sign in.
- Billing providers, such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, to process purchases, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, and sync entitlement status.
- AI service providers that process your inputs and photos to generate posters.
- Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal requests.
- Business transfer recipients if PawPop is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are used in many U.S. state privacy laws.
Your Choices
Account and Profile
You can sign out of PawPop from the app. You can update your PawPop username and profile image where those features are available. If you created an account, you can initiate account deletion from the app settings. Deleting your PawPop account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the app store account used for purchase.
Photos and Generated Posters
You choose which photos to upload. You can delete generated posters from your PawPop gallery where the delete option is available. Deleting a gallery item removes it from your active gallery, but copies may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, security records, or records we must keep for legal and operational reasons.
Purchases and Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account used to purchase them. Deleting the PawPop app or deleting a PawPop account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription.
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision. To make a request, contact us at https://aicreator.work.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide PawPop, maintain your account and gallery, complete transactions, provide support, protect the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
In general:
- Account and profile information is kept while your account remains active.
- Pet photos, generation inputs, generated posters, and gallery metadata are kept while needed to provide the generation and gallery features, unless you delete them or request deletion.
- Purchase records are kept as needed to provide paid features, restore purchases, comply with accounting or legal requirements, and prevent fraud.
- Logs, backups, and diagnostic records are kept for a limited period based on operational, security, and legal needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. For example, PawPop uses authenticated requests and modern transport security where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
PawPop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your location, use PawPop only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information to PawPop without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International Transfers
PawPop and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Third-Party Services
PawPop may link to or use third-party services, including Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, Expo, cloud hosting providers, and AI service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or providing an in-app notice where appropriate. Your continued use of PawPop after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies.
