PawPop Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PawPop, including the PawPop mobile app, web app, and related services (the "Service"). PawPop is operated by AI Creator Work ("PawPop," "we," "us," or "our").
By using PawPop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PawPop Does
PawPop is a creative AI app that turns pet photos into infographic-style posters, visual reports, captions, labels, and related artwork. PawPop is for entertainment and creative use only.
PawPop does not provide veterinary, medical, breed, health, behavioral, training, nutrition, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use PawPop outputs to make decisions about a pet's care, health, safety, or behavior.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use PawPop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use PawPop only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
PawPop is not directed to children under 13. You may not use PawPop if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
3. Accounts
Some features require you to sign in, such as creating posters, saving a gallery, syncing purchases, or editing a profile. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for PawPop or others, or are used for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
4. Your Content
"User Content" means photos, names, text, prompts, profile images, usernames, captions, labels, and other content you submit to PawPop.
You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant PawPop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, upload, transmit, process, modify, create derivative works from, display, and use that content as needed to operate, provide, secure, improve, and support the Service, including to generate posters and maintain your gallery.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions for the User Content you submit.
- Your User Content does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- You have any required consent from people whose image, property, or personal information appears in content you upload.
- Your User Content and use of PawPop comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Do not upload photos or content that you do not have the right to use.
5. Generated Content
"Generated Content" means posters, visual reports, captions, labels, images, and other outputs created through PawPop.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of others, you may use Generated Content for personal, social, and commercial purposes. To the extent PawPop owns any rights in Generated Content, PawPop assigns those rights to you. This assignment does not include rights in PawPop's app, brand, templates, software, models, systems, or other pre-existing materials.
AI-generated content may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical outputs. Generated Content may contain mistakes, artifacts, inaccurate text, unexpected details, or content that does not match your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before using, publishing, selling, or sharing it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PawPop to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, violent, or otherwise harmful.
- Upload photos of people, children, private property, identity documents, payment cards, addresses, medical information, or other sensitive information unless you have all rights and consents needed to do so.
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations, scams, fake official documents, political deception, bullying, harassment, or content that encourages self-harm or dangerous behavior.
- Use PawPop to identify, authenticate, profile, or make decisions about real people or animals in sensitive contexts.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, bypass, or attack the Service or its security systems.
- Abuse free trials, credits, refunds, subscriptions, promotions, or billing systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide PawPop as a hosted service to others without our written permission.
We may block, remove, or refuse content or activity that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm users, PawPop, or third parties.
7. Reporting Problems
If you see Generated Content that is unsafe, offensive, infringing, or otherwise problematic, contact us at https://aicreator.work.
Please include enough information for us to review the issue, such as the account email, poster, generation ID, screenshots, or a description of the problem.
8. Paid Features, Credits, and Subscriptions
PawPop may offer paid features, credits, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, including PawPop Pro. Paid features may include additional generations, premium poster styles, HD exports, watermark removal, gallery features, or other functionality described in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store account used for purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the PawPop app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Prices, taxes, features, renewal periods, trials, and promotions may vary by country, platform, account, and time. App stores or billing providers process payments and may apply their own terms. Refunds are handled by the app store or billing provider unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits, if offered, are for use inside PawPop only. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not transferable, except where required by law.
9. App Stores
If you downloaded PawPop from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, your use of PawPop may also be subject to that store's terms. The app store is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for PawPop unless its own terms say otherwise.
For Apple users, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of PawPop on Apple-branded products, and Apple may enforce those provisions against you.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using PawPop, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
PawPop, including its app, software, design, interfaces, templates, logos, trademarks, service names, artwork, sample content, and systems, is owned by PawPop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to PawPop's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as allowed by these Terms.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices, trademarks, watermarks, or attribution except where PawPop provides a paid feature that expressly allows watermark removal.
12. Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other comments about PawPop, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Service Changes and Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may limit access to the Service or certain features for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that PawPop will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform.
14. Termination
You may stop using PawPop at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to PawPop if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the Service unlawfully or abusively.
After termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including sections about content rights, paid features, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and disputes.
15. Disclaimers
PawPop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPop disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. PawPop does not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, unique, safe, lawful, non-infringing, or appropriate.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPop and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPop's total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to PawPop for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
17. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PawPop and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your User Content, Generated Content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
18. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, state, province, or region.
19. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or providing an in-app notice where appropriate. Your continued use of PawPop after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
